Central Motorhome Hire - Rental Agreement

 this must be filled in and sent to us with two forms of ID, (see below) a copy of both sides of your driving license. £195 deposit is required to secure your booking.

In order to process the insurance for your hire, We require 2 documents as proof of address for our insurance company plus a picture/scan of your driving license. Each named driver must email 2 Proofs of address from the provided list below and the address on the
ID MUST MATCH THE NAME AND ADDRESS ON DRIVERS LICENCE

Please see below a list of acceptable documents:

One utility bills from this list (Primary Proof)

• Gas bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

• Electricity bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

• Water bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

• council tax bill {in the drivers name}

• broadband provider{less than 90 days and in the name of the driver}

Most service providers will allow you to login to an online account and download a PDF Bill -

And one other bill/proof of address as below (secondary proof)

• TV Licence (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

• Bank/credit card statement (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver}

• Credit card bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

• Mortgage statement (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT THE ABOVE PROOFS OF ADDRESS. NO OTHER BILL'S OR LETTER'S WILL BE ACCEPTED - DATE ON ALL PROOF OF ADDRESS MUST BE CLEAR AND VISABLE
